It's all in the title.
None. I haven’t found anything annoying enough to mute.

I haven't muted any territories.

Welcome aboard!

There you go.
These topics are outside my field of expertise. Since I prefer posting to commenting, I muted them because I didn’t see myself gaining the knowledge and motivation to post there.
Don’t worry. I won’t mute ~Science hehe
reply
I muted almost half of them. Why? Because I am mostly interested ONLY in Bitcoin related. No bullshit crap that only can distract me from what really matters: Bitcoin and Bitcoin education.
Also I do not want to waste my sats on things that do not matter in my life. I spend my sats wisely. Remember, for each post/comment on SN YOU PAY FOR IT! never forget that.
reply
Do you think stacker should be just about Bitcoin?
reply
Do you stack something else?
reply
Sometimes I stack rocks. We can stack more sats by sharing on many topics.
reply
I enjoy the connections I make. And I enjoy learning and sharing about many topics. I am hopeful that stacker will be bigger than just Bitcoin. What else do you enjoy?
reply
You see? You already show me that you are not a stacker. Stackers care about their sats. You already waste sats by posting 2 comments instead of just one. Even that you forgot to add something you still have 10 min to edit the comment but you didn't do it, instead just making a new one.
We can stack more sats by sharing on many topics.
SN is not about stacking sats, is about PAY TO POST.
What else do you enjoy?
Many things (including to build a house with my own bare hands), but those are in my real private life, not online. Online is all about Bitcoin because this is all that matters now, as a global thing.
reply
I'm happy to "waste" sats chatting with you. I think my lifestyle speaks for itself in terms of whether or not I am a true stacker.
reply
That's awesome that you can build a house with your hands. That's rare these days. I agree Bitcoin is important. And I think what we build in the new world and sharing those ideas are important as well.

I haven't muted any, but I don't really look at dogs/cats or photography. I need an interesting title to get me in, then some decent content to get the zap. Great content gets a couple zaps!

I don't mute people or territories. Sometimes I want to mute people, but then I realize newbs will have the same experience with them, so I figure it's worth suffering them so I can figure out how to make it undesirable to engage in muteable behavior generally.
reply
None, it would be off brand to do so.
reply
There's no need to mute a territory among the ones we have now.
reply
I haven’t muted any, yet. I have not explored all of them due to lack of time. Perhaps, after I see them all, I will start muting. The whole thing is that once you mute something you start mission opportunities to do your communicating with other people.
reply
Had to double check....just to be sure :) None
reply
I don't mute any. I feel there is always a chance that there is something worth checking out anywhere within any territories.
reply
I don't silence anything. Sometimes topics that don't represent anything that interests me can give rise to some interesting debate.
reply
Why would I want to silence a territory?
I think everyone has the opportunity to publish something interesting in any territory, why would I miss it? If I see or read something that doesn't interest me, I just move on.
reply
As for myself, I haven't muted any territory yet. I might in a hopefully not-too-distant future when too much SN activity hides the good content too quickly. Now, especially in my timezone, it's usually calm enough for a big part of the day to catch the good content in recent that doesn't make it to the hot page because of different interests.
I only muted a few users as I noticed they managed to disrupt my pleasant SN experience. The thing I noticed then though is that when I see in a thread comment by someone you muted it ends up triggering my curiosity and I read the comment after all. I'd rather have it to be unclickable, where I'd have to unblock the user if I really want to read it.
Thanks for the comments, it's interesting to read people's different behaviors.
reply
Yea I usually also read the comments made by someone I’ve muted. I still like how it works because it’s an active choice to look at it though. It might be nice to see who the comment is from, but just hide the comment itself, if you’ve muted them

stackers have outlawed this. turn on wild west mode in your /settings to see outlawed content.
