I visit this site, and their coffee machine is never washed.
I take the first 15 mins to wash it out, get all the grounds out of it.
Then let the coffee bloom.
My coffee disappears so quick, I have to make another pot around 12.
Guys that work know good coffee when they taste it, and always come back lol
