What if downzapping came with an option for the type of outlaw, or, the reason you’re downzapping.
Like for stolen content, spammers, scammer, they could be labeled stuff like “bandit” or “vagrant” “snake oil salesman” etc
could be part of private replies but instead of using them to help stackers, you use them to reprimand them
