What is Stacker_Sports Cricket Pool?

  • This pool is simply a prediction game where Stackers will have to predict on the various outcomes related to the game of cricket. The pool commences from October 31.

What's the pool prize?

  • A minimum of 10k sats to the stacker who scores highest runs (points) in a month.
  • A minimum of 100k sats to the Stacker who scores highest runs (Points) in a year.
  • Apart from the above, all sats zapped (-30% for Sybil fee) will also be added to the monthly and yearly prize on a 50/50 ratio.
  • Besides all the above, any donation and rebuys in the pool will also be added to the pool on a 50/50 ratio to the monthly and yearly pool prize.

How to Join the pool

  • Open for everyone.
  • Free to play.
  • No buy in.

How to participate/Where to predict

  • There shall be "Stacker_Sports Cricket Pool — I Predict Cricket" post everyday (hopefully) where you'll be required to predict on various outcomes for the Cricket game/games played on the very next day.
  • Stackers have to put in their predictions below that post to participate.
  • The 'I predict post' will include only those games which will be starting at least 24 hours after the post is made available.

Any Rules for the pool?

Yes, there are but only for Rebuys.
For the Monthly Rewards
  • In case you miss to participate on 3 posts at any stage of the pool, you stand OUT (eliminated) fron the monthly pool rewards.
  • You can however renter the pool (buy another innings) through a rebuy with 2000 sats (stipulated only for the month of November). You can only rebuy in the pool on or before 21st of the month.
For the Annual Rewards
  • In case you miss to participate at least on 10 'I Predict Cricket' posts in a month, you'll be OUT from the yearly Cricket Pool rewards.
  • You can also renter the the yearly Cricket Pool Rewards through a rebuy with 10k sats (only for November, may increase as the pool rewards grow).
  • You can rebuy into the yearly pool in any month. For example: In case you've missed it in January, you can rebuy in the the pool not only in feburary but also in March, April, May or any upcoming month till the yearly pool concludes.
  • **However, in the last month (Oct 2025), you can only rebuy into the pool till Oct 10 2025.
  • Just remember the rebuy price may increase with the increase in pool reward.

How to play?

  • It's simple. You need to make correct predictions about the various outcomes for which the 'I predict Cricket' posts ask you.
  • For 1 correct prediction, you get a single run (1 point).
  • For two correct predictions, you get a double (2 points)
  • For three correct predictions, you get a triple (3 runs)
  • For every wrong prediction, you get a dot ball (0 runs).
  • For a 'Bingo Prediction', you get four runs. (What's this??)
  • For a 'Jumbo Prediction', you get a Six. (What's this??)
  • All of your accumulated runs are added together to your total score for monthly and annual rewards.

Winner Winner??

  • The stacker who scores maximum runs (Points) in a month will be the winner for the monthly pot.
  • The stacker who ends up with the maximum runs (points) within a year (or on Oct 30, 2025 shall win the yearly pot.

What if there's a tie?

  • There will be a few 'Super Over' (tiebreaker) posts every month, so hopefully we'll not see a tie at the end of month or the year.
  • Even then we have a tie on the points table for either of the rewards, the pool prize will be distributed equally.

Winner Announcement and Reward Distribution?

  • On or before fifth of every month for the monthly pot.
  • On or before November 5, 2025 for the annual rewards.

I don't know about Cricket?

  • No worries. You can still be a good player at the crease. Ask @siggy47.

You've good knowledge of the game but I'm not 100% sure whether it'd be sufficient. Cricket is the most unpredictable game, isn't it?

Did you do it part-time or it was because the law keeping as an attorney weren't enough to survive on the island. Or, was it for you used to play Cricket as a kid?
What was your root of interest for Cricket?

It's the minimum for the year and It's filled in by me.
It'll be increasing everyday with the zaps (maybe donations at some point) or some big matches or for tournaments. I'm thinking of managing it through a different account because it'll be an everlasting pool.
Also, when the sub territories are available, I want ~~Cricket for me under stacker_sports. Hopefully you won't deny me. ;)

You sound like a politician. You are trying to get everyone to look at your right hand while your left hand is doing the magic trick. You create all of these posts/polls, use your alt accounts, and boost them up. You are feeding sats to yourself. Then you are saying you dont make a profit? As you make these post/polls, you move up on the leadership board. You would not hide yourself on the leadership board unless you wanted to hide the fact that you make a lot of sats through assmilking. I am not hating on you, l am just pointing out the obvious.

I am telling the truth, which is why you are so butt hurt about this. If you bothered to look in my bio, you would see where all the sats are. I believe there is a difference between assmilking and contributing. You even moved our conversation to an old post, so others wouldnt see how much of an assmilker you are in your recent zen post.
