I don't know, but uptober isn't over yet. In general people in china/japan/indonesia/India get paid monthly, and at the end of the month. So maybe they pump it a bit higher over the next few days?

I figured the uncertainty would mute the rest of Uptober since it has moved the levels up. Interested to see if it can continue though it would be huge if it does set new ATH before the election!
