Your wallet will request an invoice from the webserver at the domain for that Lightning address. If your wallet is not using Tor to do that request, the webserver for the LN invoice will know your IP address. So a downside is this privacy issue.

Yes I know how LN address and LNURL works.
I am not concerned at all about this.
Actually I don't give a shit if somebody could trace back that IP.
Why?
Because all those received funds with this LNURL are just deposited in a temporary wallet, will not stay there too much time. I am periodicaly swap them in onchain or other LN wallets.
If somebody come to me to ask why I received thosr sats I will ask back: " who the fuck are you to give you information about my own money?"
Is even better to use a custodial non-kyc for this lnurl. And from there move the funds to other own wallets.
So all this obession with "privacy concern" is totally useless for me.
Please send all your sats to my LN address darthcoin@stacker.news if you are so concerned about privacy.
