is this only within the browser you pay for it or applied to the entire device's internet connections?
You need to install the VPN software itself "WireGuard", and the service that lnvpn provide as I understand is to configure it and connect to their WireGuard end and act as a gateway.
The software you install in your device will route all the traffic through that tunnel.
