Last time they predicted WW3. Now they predict utter chaos and elude to the project 2025 boogy man.
The icecaps will melt and we will die to the apocalypse of cow farts heating out atmosphere.
These articles are so blatantly disingenuous that it's hard to imagine that even the writer believes their own words.
You don't believe burning fossil fuels is changing the atmosphere and climate?
reply
Yes I do, and while I think pollution isn't great, and we should definitely reduce it, I've also been told that the world is less than a decade away from complete global catastrophe due to human pollution for the last 4 decades.
So should we reduce emissions? Yes. Are we facing an imminent climate apocalypse? No.

Trump appears to stand on a policy of drill and burn.
Some say we have already passed the point of no return regarding climate change.
Personally I don't feel qualified to judge exactly where/when the tipping point is but believe a cautious approach is surely the more responsible one.

Do you oppose fracking?
reply
TBH I don't know enough about it to say yes or no - perhaps a fairly complex issue, so to say frack or not frack is too simplistic.
I do know per capita GHG emissions in the US and my country NZ are some of the highest in the world and its not sustainable or equitable.
For the USA to adopt Trumps drill and burn attitude will make it very difficult to reasonably expect other nations to reduce GHG emissions.
