Outliers are the ones that are getting discarded as incorrect polls.
What could the incentive to “herd” like this.
I don’t think Nate Sliver has that nailed down.
Perhaps the incentive is to show what is not accurate to bolster later electoral games.
Are these pollsters bought and paid for?
What are the results that they are aiming for with this “herding”?
I don’t think anybody is going to like the results of this bogus polling!
