Decided to try a different team since I suffered embarrassing defeat. We had a good laugh about that on the pod.

Hurricanes are a good team. I haven't listened to the pod yet. I'm sorry. I'm trying to rebalance my 24 hours. I get occasional duty with the baby or the mother. In the morning we had a schedule with the doctor and in the evning I had to go shopping for some baby stuff. It was tough to find a small mosquito net for the baby in my small town. After the monsoons, we're always invaded by whinning insect at a large scale. Although we had some kind of mosquito proof house but I saw two little red pimps on the cheeck of the baby today and straightaway the search for mosquito net fo babies started and it took me 2 hours to find a good one. Bought it for around $3.

Let's see... If it were for man's team, Perth is almost invincible. It's the fastest track in the world. The Pacers get a great amont of carry and bounce off the deck.

Here I'm talking about the pitch (the 22 yards deck in the middle of cricket grounds). The pitch has a lot of influence in the game of Cricket for unlike baseball the ball hits the turf before reaching to the batsmen. Because it hits the surface, it gets variety of help from off the surface. It may outswing, inswing, bounce more, stay low, spin both ways, hold on or skid.

So, a pitch that's helpful for the bowlers gonna see less number of runs . A team that has strong bowling unit wins more on such pitches.

The Gabba (the Perth) pitch is one of the fastest pitches in the world. It helps fast bowlers a lot. The carry and bounce of the deck (pitch) is noteworthy here.

Btw, my computer flipped out when I clicked on your LN address. Outlook kept trying to open, which must mean my computer got confused and thought it was an email address. I had to uninstall Outlook to get it to stop.
