True, about the free association, but the state won’t allow it.
The state has been involved in free association in various ways, usually through Civil
Rights. Everyone would be better served if not forced to associate with people they don’t want to associate with.
You can see this at work with people voting with their feet. Another aspect is seeing taxpayers forced to pay for invaders’ room, board and entertainment with the payback as blood on the streets.
We have the right to free association but the government and courts insist we don’t.
I feel sorry for the graphic artists and cake makers of this country.
The thing is, it only takes one Supreme Court decision to completely change how these things are interpreted. It's definitely a long-shot, but maybe slightly less of one than a full amendment.

I have to agree on that one. The court may move in that direction, but I doubt it because, after all, they are one of the arms of the state, the interpretation arm.
I understand that there is a case called Brunson that they haven’t ruled on, yet.
It may be one of the most important cases, ever.
