I have to agree on that one. The court may move in that direction, but I doubt it because, after all, they are one of the arms of the state, the interpretation arm.
I understand that there is a case called Brunson that they haven’t ruled on, yet.
It may be one of the most important cases, ever.

The thing is, it only takes one Supreme Court decision to completely change how these things are interpreted. It's definitely a long-shot, but maybe slightly less of one than a full amendment.
