I understood you perfectly... and I keep receipts too. This is not a political debate. Is pointing out that you are not consistent in your ideas (if are yours). and that you are wrong.
Consistency matters. Statists will always reveal themselves.

Try to hear this: My preference is for the entire state to vanish. Full stop. End of statement.
In lieu of that, I'll take partial eliminations of those in power over no reduction and I am happy to brainstorm expedient methods of getting rid of these people.
