Depends on people registering and being old enough to vote. Roughly speaking at least in Texas after the last census they tried to cap it at 800K people per Congressional District. Not sure if that is the rule for everyone but that was the Texas rule. Votes are considerably less though just because you have little kids and people that have moved either into or out of the area who do no qualify anymore.

Have you seen Arizona? They have counted 67 percent of total so far. It’s Wednesday. Every state is close to 99 percent finished ✅

Yeah so the courts kinda screwed them over... I don't know the full thing behind it but they are ordered to "slow count" the votes....

The problem is Maricopa County. Are they hand counting?
Same issue in 22 and 20.
Slow counting is one sign of fraud according to UN election observers in third world countries

Superior Court order was for polling place to remain open longer not count more slowly?

With the post I cited earlier it was taking twice the amount of time to count ballots so 🤷🏼‍♂️
