That's my understanding. I want to see and confirm this now. Ocean is one of the best pools out there, and since my node is already filtering spam, I want to see how "bad" most of the nodes are, and how "bad" they get blocked. Most blocks I have observed have not even 1/3 of transactions in them. The rest is spam.
