For example, tagcash.com in Philippines is a central bank regulated emoney issuer, and has wallets for Pesos, BTC/SATs and merchant created closed loop currencies for rewards, and enables business to quickly create their own web apps (with option for their own domain name) with the mini apps offered in the platform.
