I always found it hilarious that in the book 1984, everyone was forced to have surveillance in their homes by the government.

In reality we pay companies for the privilege of being surveilled.

Bamboozled!

I've had that same exact thought/feeling many times recently.

We are in a mixture between 1984 (George Orwell) and Brave New World (Aldous Huxley).
