Yup, and it appears PayPal thinks they are stronger than the (reverse) network effect.
One vendor bailing on PayPal (simply so as to not even be at risk of having their funds confiscated) can result in many of that vendor's customers bailing as well if that vendor was the only reason they used PayPal in the first place.
Will be happy to see PayPal shrink further into disuse and irrelevance.

Cash app is similar, they may not take your money but they will ban you for life if you make an "unapproved" payment with bitcoin.
