Bhutan, a Himalayan Kingdom, otherwise known for its picturesque villages and “happiness index” of its people, now has a staggering $1 Billion in Bitcoin holdings, as per latest data. Bhutan government’s extensive investment into Bitcoin mining has paid off as the nation keeps marching forward in crypto holdings and revenue.
The Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan is setting the bar high by mining millions worth of Bitcoins. It generates a range of 55 BTC to 75 BTC per week from its mining operations. In September 2024 analytics platform Arkham Intelligence revealed that Bhutan has 13,011 BTC in their stack worth over $780.49 Million. Their government uses AntPool, Braiins, and Foundry mining pools to mine Bitcoins.

It's all bullshit. If they do not put in use those BTC it means nothing, only fiat mindset. I want to see how they start paying gov employees or pay for country's infrastructure with BTC. If those BTC are not coming back into a bitcoin circular economy, are totally useless.
BTW ALL govs are CORPORATIONS. Govs cannot own BTC. Only individuals. That means those BTC are owned by a corporation, aka some few individuals behind that corporation.
The people of Buhtan HAVE NOTHING. When people will start to understand that Bitcoin is to empower the individual and not the govs? Stop cheering up for these crap news with "x gov is stacking x amount of BTC". This is not good for BTC, damn it! You are being fooled.

They will never pay their employees with BTC! It's because they didn't HODL BTC for using it at first place. It's to just make sure that there is a fking way that our country would never doomed (Bhutan is really a weak country). People will get nothing they'll still be poor and will suffer and depend on fiat.

And here's my country who at the first place added so much taxes to BTC that if combined with network fees it eats up my entire payment lol!
