You will not find good Bitcoin education on Youtube. And was always like that.
90% is only garbage same "news" repeated one from another. Very few good tutorials only dedicated channels and surprisingly those do not have so many views.
The real Bitcoin education is in documentation pages (see also the docs page of each bitcoin app). And here are just few of them:

Youtube is just a distraction and cash grabbing platform.
I really like BTCSessions. He has some practical guides and how-tos and I really learned a lot from that channel
