That's the beauty of it...and it isn't really that hard of a question to answer as you are living it now... 1 Sat = 1 Sat and when all we do is valued in sats the comparisson to FIAT ceases to exist...
Then the value you receive from me is simply the utility I provide - no more, no less....this value will be much, much less volatile and hence require zero incentive for us to be willing to exchange with each other.... those that "do" or "produce" will likely have to incentivize new users to their "product" or "service" .... yes that is right - If what you produce is new or better you will have to prove it to the network using the "base" product or service and they will need to be incentivized to come over to your network.
I mean just think about having abundance and how you handle it...right now utility companies with more energy than there network can handle actually pay users to leave the lights on in buildings.... Imagine the local farmer producing a bumper crop and not wanting his work to go to waste, instead pays people to come and disperse it to people outside of the normal network...
It's tough to think this way...sounds completely backwards....but I think it works....
