Governments have still in-stock vaccines from 20 years ago and don't know what to do about it. So how about emptying it on kids to make room to then give freshly printed money to pharmaceutical companies and buy new ones?
Also, the vaccines made 20 years ago are not useful since there is no epidemic at all, it is just a random isolated case that has been detected. But how about alerting everyone anyway?
