Cosmikids is a YouTube channel where they teach children to do yoga in a fun way while telling stories, it is a great opinion to teach children about this activity, maybe your children are not very fond of sports, but with the method that cosmikids uses you can get them to do a physical activity and have fun at the same time, plus they use their imagination and creativity when doing the exercises while telling them a story. There are videos from 8 minutes to 25 minutes. I recommend it because my daughter loves it and maybe it can help you. Sometimes I join her and accompany her to do cosmikids yoga, she is the happiest in the world when she shares her activities with me. I found this yoga alternative because my daughter was tired and annoyed by doing conventional yoga with me. This channel has videos in English and Spanish.
Here I will leave the top 3 of my daughter's favorites:
first place
second place
third place

Ill have a look into this as i just started atending Yoga with kids. Not easy at all with small kids..

You're right, it's not very easy because they get bored and tired. Small children require more free movement, for example dancing or running games, but this option is great because they get into the game of being on an adventure while doing yoga movements. There are videos that are short, I think you could start with those to see how it goes. Good luck.

Pretty much.. the teacher introduced both dancing and running.. plus a little mandala painting..
My eldest did great while the young was very disruptive.. Lets see where this takes us

The little ones are very funny, just give them plenty of space to run around and random objects to play with, and they'll take care of the rest. Don't worry, they'll do fine, just be patient, try this style of yoga and tell me how it goes.

This seems pretty awesome. I am a big fan of yoga. These are the things that we should be teaching our children as early as possible

I started yoga late, and I liked it as soon as I discovered it. Children should do physical activities, it is important for their development. My daughter started practicing it because she saw me and stood next to me doing exercises too.

That's awesome. My wife is a yoga teacher and this post got her got her thinking about sharing a children's yoga class in our community. I don't practice a ton bit I see a hugs value in at as a way to be more balanced with strength and flexibility.

Why was I so hyped up about Pokemon? Well, my boy has never shown a keen interest in anything so far. I would love for him to enrol in some swimming or martial arts or phonics or any other enrichment classss so that I could buy two hours of precious freedom he could develop his mind and body. But he has pooh-poohed all my suggestions so far. So, I feel that as his dad, I ought to fan this ember of interest.
I read this from your post and I just saw that cosmikids has a Pokemon episode. I don't know if it could be a little hook for your son, who knows, maybe he'll like yoga.
