Don't you think this happens to most of us nowadays? many people are experiencing this imbalance these days. Stressful lifestyles, irregular work hours, and even excessive screen time can all throw off our body clocks.

Yes, it has happened to many of us... in my home country I worked in a cleaning products plant in shifts! I lasted about 3 months with the night shift until my contract ended... and that was exactly what happened to me. During the day I was yawning and yawning and at night I was full of energy and no matter how many movies I watched I couldn't fall asleep and I would get up to walk my 🐶
