There is endless content created about Bitcoin every day.
Most of it is high-noise, low-signal -- i.e the same stuff repeated over and over. Some of it, though, is profound knowledge and subtle, profound realizations on why the technology is bound to win.
Do you ever feel like the former drowns out the latter? What can we do to better capture some of the best content in the space and present it to any newcomer/disbeliever in a digestible manner?
I have been working in my spare time on a sort of index doc where I succinctly outlay the reasons I believe in Bitcoin. It is very much a WIP - https://bittersweet-pear-476.notion.site/Bitcoin-e065064be43e4ea9a54a51128e4cafac - but I look forward to build this little citadel of mine.
I feel like things like this will help accelerate number of people go up.

That's decent, but focuses on Bitcoin is, not why it's valuable. Most people don't even know their money is being debased

  1. Educate yourself with a good base layer of knowledge about Bitcoin and LN These 2 pages are the best base you will find. Are the "bible" of learning Bitcoin and LN. https://bitcoin.page https://lightning.how
  2. Bring around you family and friends, neighbors, people that know you personally, and start meetups with them. It doesn't matter how many they come. Slowly they will be more and more. Start from base level and grow exponential. Don't put into their heads too complicated technical things.
  3. Learn how to use as many BTC/LN solutions you can, so you could be well prepared for their questions and offer them the best solution for THEIR need, not what you need.
  4. Start writing guides for them, in your terms and language, so they can understand you. Start making workshops with them. Give them the right information that they need. Gradually.
  5. Have patience with them.
  6. Protect them from shitcoiners and scams. THIS IS A MUST. So first of all, be yourself well educated in this matter.
During all these 10+ years in Bitcoinlandia, I was onboarding hundreds of people and merchants. Just by doing those steps.
