It's difficult.
You don't want to be known as the Bitcoin guy in your circles nor in your community, as that can attract trouble - especially if the price increases a lot again.
At the same time, you want to spread education.
I think a decent way to do it is:
- friends/trusted people only
- never expose how much you have. Always downplay
- focus on educating how broken the fiat system is, as opposed to how perfect BTC is

I don't mention bitcoin at all (unless someone else brings it up), but rather macro economics and the issues with the current fiat ponzi scheme. Educate on the issues, not the solution.

On Sept 28th 2022 I sent a text to everyone I love to start DCAing Bitcoin for two months. I linked River so people don’t end up in shitcoin casinos. People asked me “why the referral link?” Smh. ngmi

They are right to be suspicious about the referral link, it is indistinguishable from shilling a ponzi.
The correct answer to those concerns is: just buy bitcoin without the referral.
