Making progress in my small cabin project š Yesterday I framed the third wall and started working on the fourth one. I also set up a temporary light for convenience.
The plan for today is to finish the last wall and then mess around with the porch a little bit š

I do not think immersion mining is as robust as it seems for the long term. I worry for the lifespans on the new gens, where we know they can get 3+ yrs in air.
The most profitable setup should prevail over time. If immersion gives you more btc per dollar invested, miners will switch to it.
Agreed but over what time. A tortoise and hare problem. Immersion can definitely be more profitable in 1 yr. But in 4 yrs if only the air unit still works...
Immersion is my daily thought because everyone's doing it!
My girlfriend has her birthday today and somewhat mutual friends will come at evening to have dinner and go to a karaoke bar.
However, I feel ambivalent since I am more interested in fixing my Discord bot and learning about implementing LN invoices than going out.
But it's just a single evening, so I guess I'll stay for a hour or two as a compromise before going back home.
PS: For the native speakers: Would ambiguous be a better word instead of ambivalent for this situation?
