Ho-ly shit. What a complete cock up from the bears at the end of that. 30seconds on the clock... Down to 5 before they snap it?? With a TO in hand. That's awful clock management.
Bears almost had the lions there. Credit where it's due, they played a great 2nd half, and just like you said GR, you gotta control ToP so the lions O can't start ramping it up on you.
32 seconds left with a timeout and you run out the clock... Unbelievable haha, that's way worse than the time Dak Prescott ran for a first down vs 49ers and ran out the time.
Definitely but Williams needs to be more aware. It’s not like he was rushed he could have snapped that ball at 11 seconds but kept trying to read the D.
They played a good second half. Williams has so much talent and potential but he is a rookie and it shows. Some really bad decisions at the worst times.
Absolutely agree. I'm starting to think Chicagos coaching is the problem. Fields goes to Pittsburgh and has been completely fine. Even if he was benched for Russ (cmon now they paid Russ to start, they were never going to sit him) and fields can only benefit from having good coaching in Pittsburgh.
Now Caleb is looking out of his depth? Red flags showing in the bears organisation and I don't think it's the talent on the team.
Caleb made a lot of bad decisions today. Trying to take huge shots down the field into coverage on 3rd and 4th down when guys were open underneath for easy first downs. Taking sacks when he should have been able to at least throw the ball away.
He is a rookie. He flashes brilliance at times. Game savvy and decision making will improve.
Yea it’s gotten noticeably better for bets recently. I think it started as a shitcoin managed fund thing. Getting the free sats from ‘mining’ is perfect for satisfying the degen need to get some action 100 sats at a time
There used to be another app. I forget what it was called that you could get through ZBD that allowed you to earn sats doing crypto tutorials and making virtual portfolios to compete against others. Kind of reminds me of that but with more offerings.
I didn't think the Bears would win especially in Detroit but I figured Thursday afternoon game, who knows? Not looking good for the Bears so far.
Detroit's OLine is too good. It makes them almost impossible to stop. Bears D is good and they are just pushing them around. Honestly I think I would just rush 8 every 1st and 2nd down and make Goff beat you.
The Lions will have 11 wins for the first time in history, well deserved, I must say. They are a good team. It's a far cry from the 0-16 season not that long ago. That's how you build the team. I hope the brass on my Jets are watching.
Unfortunately I'm not sure the ownership cares. Salah wasn't the problem, and Joe Douglas was alright-ish outside of a few really bad decisions. (Rodgers, then bowing to Rodgers). I did hear rumours they were going to bring in Slick Rick (Rick Spielman, ex vikings GM) I have a lot of respect for that dude.
Might have been but the Packers defender did the same thing on the 4th and goal that the Dolphins didn’t convert so call it the same. I am good with it.
I guess you were right about the Dolphins in the cold. I didn’t think it was possible for them to play worse than the 49ers did last week in GB, but they are giving it a shot.
I'm watching Giants-Cowboys on mute since I can't stand TB yapping in his whiney voice, Burkhart is OK but Brady is unbearable..... he was a good player (as a Jets fan I hate him of course) but he is shitty play-by-play guy and shouldn't be in the booth, IMHO. Give me Romo everyday and twice on Sunday, at least Romo's mistakes are funny and he recovers nicely. Brady is a waste of space...
Way late to this, but the weather already seems to be a factor on that muffed punt. Time will tell how the Miami offense performs, I'm not a big believer in the Packers defense.
Good start for the Pack. I think the Packers D does a good job getting turnovers and generates a good interior pass rush. Miami's D isn't great either though so Pack should be able to just run over them all game.
Packers playing aggressive and running hard. Hope that continues. Pretty happy they didn't try a FG to end the half as they fins get the ball back to start second half.
I could do with achane just having a rest this week and letting mostert or wright have at it. UDs fantasy predicted score is too damn high so far. I got a real uphill battle this week.
I don't have the stones to do parlays or anything other than money line. I know no risk, no reward but I get too emotionally attached to NFL games haha
💯 it's been a blast so far, the more the merrier. More teams equals thinner depth and then you gotta go deep diving into the well to find those tasty matchups and streamers. That's great fun.
You are having fun because you are the Lions of our league. Undisciplined is the Ravens. I am the Texans. Still Stackin is the Bengals. Hard Money is the Bears and Coinsreporter is the Raiders.
That was terrible. Should have at least gone to OT.
Lions are starting to get banged up. They were probably the healthiest team in the league the first half of the season but the last few weeks they have started to mount injuries and at the same positions.
Bears are not winning this game. You can beat the Lions but you have to control the time of possession. Bears doing nothing on offense.
Vikings are one of the teams I think can match up well with Detroit. If you guys can stop the run. I think Flores can scheme up ways to pressure Goff. He crumbles under pressure.
We did only lose by a FG but our defence started to fall apart a bit in that game. I think we may be able to beat them in a few weeks but I'd rather they drop one to Chicago all the same. Long shot but fingers crossed 🤣🤣
You have to control the time of possession. I think the Packers can also beat them if they can run and control the run but Love puts the ball in jeopardy too much for my liking. If you lose the turnover battle against them you are screwed.
I think the Bills and Chiefs can beat them and maybe the Ravens but that would have to be a 38-35 shootout because Ravens D is not good.
38-35 shootout game lions ravens would be awesome to watch.
That 4th and 3, cmon Caleb you gotta be smarter, guy was wide open over the middle at the sticks, but he went for the deep sidelines option (which should have been DPI). You gotta take what the defense gives you and they gave you a first down over the middle ya just didn't take it. Damn.
Oooo turn over! Gibbs fumble. Woah, bit of momentum here for the bears.
He did that on a 3rd and 5 early in the game. He is going for a 30 yard throw into double coverage instead of taking the easy underneath throw for a first down.
Williams needs to make better decisions than trying to feather a pass 30 yards downfield into double coverage on 3rd and 5. To have a chance beat Detroit you need to keep their offense off the field.
