Good question. As far as I found Switzerland’s navy operates mainly on its large lakes (like Lake Geneva and Lake Constance) and on the Rhine River, which connects to the North Sea via neighboring countries.

Switzerland doesn't have direct access to the sea, but it does have a navy! Can we say it has access to the sea?
