I don't see anything wrong with a person being overly sensitive.
Sensitivity means empathy, which is certainly one of the noblest human feelings. Understanding and helping others requires imagining yourself in their condition.
Sensitivity is often confused with naivety, which in my opinion are different things.
I think empathy and sensitivity are related when we think about human interactions. But an antenna can be sensitive but cannot be empathic. So I wouldn't say they are the same thing. I agree that naivety is quite different from sensitivity. One can be sensitive while also being wise.
