Yes, also the best systems, through their incentives guide behavior into acceptable channels. This is probably one of the huge failures in today’s society: unlinking incentives from desired behavoir.

The best example of when incentives are disconnected from desired behaviors is leftism/socialism/communism. It has failed everywhere it has been tried.

There are perfectly good reasons to have multiple accounts, including trying out a different character.
I would prefer people not create fake conversations between their own accounts, but I don't really care if they do.
