I have been checking in to Bitcoin Mena, and I'm pretty shocked by the low quality of the content I have seen. Maybe I just happened to tune in to the live stream at the wrong time. The shitcoinery is even more prevalent than during BM's annual mess. Am I missing something? Maybe after the individual presentations get cut up into individual videos some of the cream will rise to the top. I hope so. For now, I'm disappointed.
Isn't it bitcoin only?

Yes, in name. Many of the speakers I've listened to clearly are involved in shitcoins as well as bitcoin. I'm not talking about guys like Peter Todd, of course.

They have these in different regions for a reason. They're networking events, the content is just obligatory and maybe there's a few gems for marketing materials down the road.
You don't travel and pay for a ticket to go watch presentations you can watch online.
I noticed the Whale/VIP pass shilling for this one seemed to be the focus, don't have much reason to doubt David Bailey at this point so it seems like its working.

Yes, I watched it for a few minutes and found out that it was more of a 'Binance Conference' and tuned in to Latin music to change my mood.

I tend to agree based on the content I watched through today...found myself fast forwarding through a whole lot of sales pitches and while I am sure they were fabulous products - not what I want to view.
Hope the edited snippets are better....

I'm not enjoying how much I really relate to all of your, "get off my lawn kid!" posts about online bitcoin content these days. lol

I havenโ€™t watched any of it but I heard similar critiques.
I am not sure any of the large conferences are worth it anymore.

I guess Baltic Honey badger is the only decent one I've heard about.

I think there is an Africa Bitcoin Conference going on now as well. That might have some better content.
