Few months ago I run into a SN post from somebody proposing the 100 pushup a day challenge. Goal, keeping up to it untill bitcoin price would get to 100k USD.
Now, I know 1sat=1sat, but still challenges are interesting ways to start new routines.
Now, I guess it's time for the 200 pushups a day until 200k USD.
Let's do it!
Gotta balance that stuff out: 200 Pushups, 200 Curls, 200 leg raises and 200 squats. EZ P-T-S-Z.
Is this doable in a home environment? I'm no expert here Fabs, please teach me
Sure is, you only need one of those curved curling bars and some small plates. The rest is bodyweight or with one of those bags in your neck.
Nice!! This seems a more demanding training, both in terms of time and energy. Is it doable daily?
Absolutely, you can spread it out over the day and do multiple sessions of 2 × 2 sets max. It's going to take some time though.
I don’t know that any of us kept up the 100 pushups until 100k. We were going strong for a few months though.
Now it's time to try again though!
