That's Muddy Waters live. Nobody can touch the master. I had the privilege to see him play twice.
To make blues:
pour 2 cups of black coffee into a blender, stir in a little sugar and baked apples, and blend for about 5 minutes.
Then pour over a bed of chopped celery.
Allow to sit, then season to taste.
