Rogan has some funny moments, but I dont feel he is very funny. You have to give him credit where it is due, his podcasts are great. But when brings the guys that are leaching off of him on his podcast, I feel it suffers a bit. Lots of Rogans friends have done a specials...and failed. When I think of great comedians, I think of Robin Williams or Chris Rock. They can make anything worth laughing about, just by the way they say or phrase something.
