If you look at the searches, there are actually many, but the most important ones are about politics.

It makes sense. There are very few things that have mass appeal even in the same sphere of interest.
I think it says more about what the lowest common denominator is with humans than anything else.

I has no idea Cricket would be in there. I guess in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh its pretty big.
