Australia has reclaimed the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after 45 years, defeating India 3-1 in a dramatic series at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
This victory marks Australia's first series win over India since 2015 . With this victory , Australia secures a spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) Final 2025 at Lord’s, where they will face South Africa.

Well, they will go under a phase of transformation where old horses have to make way for new talent, that's what everyone is saying after the loss. But I totally hold Gambhir, the new coach, responsible for two back to back series loses, one this and one against Newzealand at home.
India lost this series because they lack any strategy in the entire series. I'm pretty sure that Rohit, Kohli and other senior players didn't oblige to whatever strategy Gambhir wanted them to follow. A coach should be someone who is respected by every player, not someone who has had issues with the current players in the past.
BCCI will need to replace either of Coach or the current senior players. I think Gambhir will be the one to be fired.
