India lost this series because they lack any strategy in the entire series. I'm pretty sure that Rohit, Kohli and other senior players didn't oblige to whatever strategy Gambhir wanted them to follow. A coach should be someone who is respected by every player, not someone who has had issues with the current players in the past.

BCCI will need to replace either of Coach or the current senior players. I think Gambhir will be the one to be fired.
