Thanks for sharing this! I feel like I need to do something similar to solidify my belief in a LN as the killer MoE.
Interested to know if you had a backup LN wallet just in case Zeus or your node wasn't working. I use Phoenix, Electrum, and Zeus but sometimes the payment fails so I switch to another LN wallet.

I had 3-5 channels open with big 'hubs' (see the mempool.space Lightning-connectivity rankings) and I didn't have any issues.
Having said that... I brought a blockstream-greenlight-enabled wallet too just for backup but didn't need it.
