Howdy Sports Lovers
Welcome to the first ever SSD (Stacker_Sports Daily).
Onwards today it's your one Stop destination for all sports related coverage, be it scores, analysis, odds and news.
Why this? This is simply an attempt to aggregate all sports related content at ~Stacker_Sports so that you don't need to look for it anywhere else. It simply makes the information much better when we have others to discuss on it.

I want to fit a bit of tennis into the USA vs the World competition this year. We will get into some other sports once NFL playoffs end.

Yes, why not? Tennis is popular everywhere.
It's your pool so I won't challenge but I'd like USA vs World to be a seperate multisport challenge where you make a weekly post where you include games from multiple sports everytime.

Great. The Cowboys have only had playoff failure under Mike McCarthy. The longer they hang on to him the more likely they are to continue to lose.

No, I really like suggestions. You know I'm from India and my English is not a bit US. What we learn in schools here is Queen's English which is very much Old English type. I've even learnt English by relying on suggestions. I never went to an English Club or didn't study in an English medium school. Not many people from my background speak or write English in India, but it's the suggestions that made me what I'm today. So, please don't stop yourself even if it's meddling in any sense.

Just a small correction here: Athletic Bilbao vs Barcelona. The event is the Spanish Super Cup which involves winner and runner up of the last year's King's Cup and winner and runner up of last year's Spanish La Liga

Nope, will start at 8pm CET

No problems there. I was trying to avoid you were confused as winners and runner-ups from last year's tournaments play this week, which is the Super Cup. Then, the 2025's King's Cup is already on its way. Round of last 32 was played last weekend, with the last 16 round being played next week. They are two different competitions.

The Jimmy Butler and Bradley Beal stories are related, because Beal would only need to be traded in order for Phoenix to get Jimmy.

Ok. Because NBA (Basketball) isn't my first love, I don't understand and know about it too much but I'll learn.
Which site is best to look at the scores for NBA games?

For current scores, I usually just go to NBA.com.
For anything historical, my preference is https://www.basketball-reference.com/

It has nuggets and spurs as wildcards to get Jimmy Buckets. I like that idea for both those teams.

The problem with the Nuggets is that the only big salaries they have are their best shooters. I'd like the move if it somehow included Duncan Robinson, but I doubt that is very doable.

The US version of the site doesn't (or didn't) have individual cricket matches. I discovered that the UK version does, though.
