The increasingly inaccurately named weekly crossword puzzle is up! Have fun. The theme this week is famous scientists. Thanks to @OneOneSeven for the suggestion. I ended up going with entirely real scientists. We may have a fictitious scientist addition in the future. The subject matter ranges from their actual work/discoveries to weird bio trivia. Enjoy!
Here's the bounty. You do not need to read below if you just want to do the word search.
I'd like somebody to give me a final graph of the % of scientists from each era (including the ones where I give away the scientist in the question and am asking about them). I was trying to make it equal but don't know how well I did. Your graph should look something like:
Ancient - x.x% Medieval - x% Renaissance - x.x% Enlightenment - x% Modern - x%
You can use different era titles or whatever, but it should demonstrate that you've solved the puzzle and are including scientists from every question (one is used twice). You not only get 1000 sats, but I'll include your findings somewhere on the page, which is sometimes viewed by throngs of people in the double digits!!! You will be forever immortalized (as long as I have a vercel account) with all of the other great researches who are the subject of this puzzle.

This is what I came up with: Ancient: 5% Medieval: 5% Renaissance: 15% Enlightenment: 10% Modern: 45% Contemporary: 25%

Boom! You came up with over 100% lol
But it looks mostly accurate. Looking it over again, 40% for modern and I'd totally agree with you.

Lol - that's hilarious. Dumb spreadsheet user error:
