I think that this is the most likely case, myself. I don’t think anybody really desires to bring all of everything crashing down into ashes.
Then I look at California and realize that THEY might just want to burn everything to very suspicious ashes. I just can’t get past the fact that trees, oranges and blue things don’t get burned, but everything else, including concrete, bricks and metal in cars burn to ashes. It has to be someone with special weapons.
