I do like this idea very much. As SN grows, we have to keep the riff raff out. This would be a fair way to do that. Territory owners would become more in charge of their territories, if they let assmilking happen, eventually people will go to greener pastures. It will also make things competitive between the territories, forcing them to grow or be left behind. Also, l know that my interest do not align with some, so l would rather have a higher rank in one territory l enjoy than one l dont.
