Separation of rewards for each territory

• Each territory will have its own ranking assigned to each stacker.
• Each territory will have its own rewards pool and leaderboard.
• SN can take a cut from that rewards pool as a "tax" or call it whatever you like but they have to take something. But that cut should not go to the general SN pool. In fact the global SN pool doesn't make sens in this situation. Stackers will get each day or whatever period a reward from their participation in that territory. But ONLY if they participate in that period.
• Stackers ranks will be different for each territory. If you post more in Sports, and you get upvotes etc, your ranking increase ONLY in that territory, not also in other ones where you do not post at all or you mostly get downvotes.

• some stackers (if I can call them that) are using the ranking and general SN pool to assmilk the rewards. In other words, are posting bullshit crap in obscure territories just to get more ranking and rewards from the general SN pool.
• some stackers even create new territories with the only goal to boost their rewards with crap posts and zaping each others
• If I want to donate to a territory pool, I do it because I want the participants to be rewarded. For example the bitcoin_beginners, where we start having nice and interesting conversations and good noob questions. I do not want to donate to a pool from which is rewarded only assmilkers that were ranking each others in another territory.
• If a stacker that barely post in a territory will not have the same ranking power with somebody that is posting regularly in that territory. MAKE THEM PAY.
