I am thinking of doing a 7 day water fast.
I can just buy sats, ramen can be unhealthy lol

if you put in a glass of water 3 worms - they live...
if you put in a glass of beer 3 worms... they will die...

My advice, drink beer / alcohol so you will never have living worms in your belly

if that is correlated with buying BTC then... go ahead
but why not only beer? Water is only when you are sick
From beer you get also vitamins and proteins...
Once I lived 1 week only drinking beer.... hahahha

Haha, this is good advice, I may try it in the future.
I will be doing this to reset my body, give it time to breath.
Hopefully I can lose a bit of stomach weight while I am at it.
After the fast, I can celebrate with beer.
