Why would they do this when they know that the sun is being blocked by chemtrails? The efficiency of the solar panels has gone way down since they are blocking the sun. All that money to be invested, at taxpayer expense, no doubt, will be tossed into the vortex in the toilet bowl, never to be seen again.

Pity. I thought the idea of bifacial social panels was ingenious

reply

That is strange! If you put one side to the sun, the other side gets no sun and collects no energy. It is only good if you break one side, then flip it over. Is that so useful?

reply

I’m not sure if this is a publicly funded project. The price tag and the funding source is not listed

reply

It seems to me that there was a lot of money put out by the Biden gang from their Inflation Reduction Act. This could be the source of the money because most private enterprises would not evaluate this as a profitable enterprise without a free source of money to put into it. After all, PV are a very variable source of power without huge battery resources to balance the loads.

reply

But the main customers are Las Vegas strip casinos.

reply

That is interesting because the strip casinos need the most electricity at night, when the PV panels aren’t collecting energy. Unless they have one whopping huge set of batteries, the energy will go into the system only durning the day. It is not a good investment by the casinos, therefore, the state must be footing the bill for the project.

reply

It’s possible yes indeed
