After the first two episodes, I was so worried it was going to be all k-drama. I was happy they got back to the game. Still, it ended weakly.
It was as if the writer said: "People want what I want! It's perfect, I don't want to write an ending, and coincidentally(!), they want a cliffhanger! That's it. I'm in big leagues now, that's what they do. I didn't know if we'd get more than one season, so it had to be a complete story. I don't need to bother with those anymore."
It's like how a naive engineer designs a UI/UX: "People want what I want! All the guts of the internals exposed. I don't make any hard decisions - they do!"
