Do I need a "money transmitter" licence just to take cash from my wallet and hand it to someone else? This is ridiculous. It’s absurd to think that a simple transaction between people requires a licence. People should stand up against this nonsense. Technically, the network is processing the transactions, not the wallet itself. Consider the bank counter scenario: is the bank teller doing the transmitting, or is it the bank’s system? The answer is obvious.
