You mean you see in satistics that a zap invoice is still pending?
Some possible reasons:
- the payment is slow
- you closed the site between pressing the zap button and us returning the invoice to your wallet so your wallet never saw the invoice
- some bug on our end
In any case, you should get a notification where you can retry the zap when the invoice expires.
We'll soon have automated retries which will make payments more reliable.
