Right, the cost wil have to come down in order to make it a viable government project.
I feel like projects like this could be acheived with cinderblock houes. 
Maybe for even less?

I wasnt a fan of the finish, but the technology must have gotten better.

At least they are takjng steps in the right direction, but l would think building complexes would house more people in less space.
